Do I need to wash my car before you apply OPT? 2017-02-25T12:52:14+00:00

No, the service includes a full external detail including paint decontamination and a professional polish.

Preparation is paramount when apply any coating, so we make sure the paint is in top condition before we apply anything, even if the car is brand new.  99% of the time the car has been abused by the dealership and requires attention and paint correcting.

What does the Opti-Coat Warranty cover? 2017-02-25T12:52:14+00:00

You will receive a genuine lifetime warranty for cars less than 12 months old, and a 5 year warranty for cars older than 12 months.  This is a full money back guaranteed warranty if the coating fails.  For example, paint fading, oxidization, clear coat flaking.

The vehicle does require some kind of maintenance though, it is not some magical force field.   in order to keep the warranty, your vehicle must receive an exterior detail and decontamination valued around $50 ever 12 months.  We will notify you when the inspection approaches.

How do we know Opti-Coat is a 9H coating? 2017-04-13T16:09:06+00:00

Opti-Coat has been independently tested by the CSIRO, which have provided astonishing facts about how strong Opti-Coat really is.

You will not find any independent reports and tests done on any Dealership paint protections.

How is Opti-Coat different from the rest? 2017-02-25T12:52:14+00:00

OPT (Opti_Coat) is not your typical dealership paint protection.  OPT bonds permanently with the factory clear coat, protecting the surface for life and will not delaminate.  The coating measures 2 microns, which is 100 times thicher than other PP’s and waxes.

This means that OPT can take a hit and absorb damage unlike other coatings.  It is also completely resistant to acidic environmental substances such as bird droppings and tree sap.  The 9H Opti-Coat hardness will stop your paint from etching and further damage.

Is Opti-Coat the same as the Dealership stuff? 2017-04-13T16:07:03+00:00

No, Opti-Coat is very different and is much more durable, involving far better nanotechnology.

Most dealerships use Motor1 paint protections, but each dealership has a different name for the same product.  Opti-Coat has been around for over 10 years, made in USA and it continues to evolve, making it the spearhead in the ‘paint protection’ industry.
