Put some brushes in the door pockets so that passengers can brush the sand off their feet before they get into the car, it saves a lot of time cleaning!

Only use the Ammonia free ones, If it smells aggressive and powerful, then don’t use it. Glass doesn’t require an aggressive detergent to be cleaned, it’s all about the technique and microfibre.

We love taking our dogs for a drive, but get an old sheet or blanket to go on the back seat of boot area so that the dog hair doesn’t go everywhere. You won’t regret it!

If your windscreen is real foggy, turn the aircon to Hot and direct the air to the windscreen. If there is a lot of moisture on the external side of the glass, it will take time to clear.

If possible, buy the genuine floor mats or a good set of aftermarket ones. They protect the carpet from spills, stains and shoes.

Always wash your car after you go to the beach, especially if you notice the layer of salt and moisture on your windscreen. The settled salt from the wind can cause rusting!

Many people think that dish detergent or baby soap is safe for the cars paint but the truth is it will remove all sealants and waxes from your paint and can cause oxidization. Always use a pH neutral soap.

Bird Droppings are very acidic and can eat through the clear coat on your car, clean it off straight away with soapy water to avoid this from happening.
